Prabhat Mandal is a Parenting Coach and a core professional with over 20 years of cross-functional and diverse industry exposure.
In last 14 years as a Parenting coach and mentor, he has touched over 10,000 parents in India and abroad leading them to feel parenting as a “Privilege” instead of a “Responsibility”. Parents, after the sessions, would have high energy and transformational impact, leading to a constructive approach to handle any parenting situation effortlessly. He has also coached several children to become published authors which includes his 5-year twin sons – Praneesh and Suvaneesh.
He is a technical graduate from National Institute of Technology, Warangal.

With the expertise of being a mother of twin boys and as a parenting coach, she has helped more than 10,000 parents along with Prabhat Mandal as a team to deal with the different challenges of being a parent. She also had been a co-founder of a chain of preschool. Her credentials include being a technical Post Graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur.
Naturally, she has a nag for research which helped her to do research and study and develop a practical approach to parenting that can be put to use in daily life as well as have measurable results through Magicc in Parenting.Â
Sumita also has created and developed several learning tools and aids (including 1200+ encyclopaedia flash cards) to develop children with over 100 skills essential in multiple dimensions for success in career and life and be future ready.Â
